Project Scope
We contracted with Synagro in 2019 to bring an out-dated website up to date.
Synagro was looking for a solution to highlight their unique audience groups and to showcase their award-winning operating facilities across North America.
Challenges and Solutions
Synagro wanted their target audiences to be able to easily navigate the site and to access information that was pertinent to them. This was accomplished with a custom hero section that allowed each audience group to immediately navigate to their dedicated section of the website.
They also wanted to quickly show the audience groups how much of a footprint Synagro has across the US. We accomplished this with a custom map solution. This solution was created in such a way that we can easily add new pins to the map and simultaneously add new content about that pin to their “Where We Work” section.
In addition to these technical items we worked with their team to stylize the headshots for their internal team and board. We wanted to make sure that the faces behind the company were friendly and approachable. Our photographer partner, Tracey Brown continues to provide new updated headshots for the client and the website as the company grows.
Summary
Drio continues to work with Synagro's team to make website updates, recommendations and to continue to maintain the website's overall security. Synagro recognizes the importance of a professional brand and a website that provides the visitors with a user experience to keep them engaged. They also know that keeping the website fresh with content and images is important to their wider audience and to show their ever expanding reach.
