What we Stand For

“We stand for advancing women in small businesses, furthering the mission of nonprofits, fostering a community where women creatives can connect, and promoting diversity within our work team. Our commitment to these values drives our actions, initiatives, and partnerships, as we strive to create a more inclusive, equitable, and empowered world.”

Our Values

Never settle

Our standards are sky high and our step-by-step, left-and-right brain collaborative process helps ensure that the final product makes you want to share it with everyone you know.

In the words of one of Hazel’s musical heroes, Mariah Carey, “You’ll always be my baby.” That means you’ll be top of mind for referrals and we’ll check in on you always, to see how we can continue to support you (or just meet for coffee).

In 2018, we founded Monument Creative Alliance, which has become the largest community of women creatives in Baltimore. Our mission is to support women creatives by cultivating a community that enables connection, inspiration and education.

We obsess about keeping up with the latest digital marketing trends. We’re bonafide marketing and tech nerds who genuinely enjoy researching the latest tools, software, plug-ins, apps, and trends to help you stay one well-heeled strut ahead of the competition.

Collaboration and communication are the reasons we have such rave reviews. We obsess over your project as if it were our own, which means if Hazel (the right brain) has a genius idea while driving her daughter to dance class, she’ll pick up the phone and call you for a midday brainstorm. And Rachel (the left brain) will make sure it’s executed flawlessly.

When we aren’t working with clients…

We’re on a mission to support more women creatives by cultivating a community that enables connection, inspiration and education. That’s why we founded Monument Creative Alliance, an online and in-person community dedicated to empowering Baltimore’s top talent.

We empower women in creative professions to exchange ideas and inspiration within our private online forum. We also host learning workshops and social events, and offer local volunteer opportunities that impact our community.

Our Equality Commitments

  • Accessible Web Design
Accessibility isn’t an afterthought; it’s at the core of our design philosophy. We believe that everyone should have equal access to the digital world. Our websites are carefully crafted to ensure they are user-friendly for all, regardless of ability. We’re proud to contribute to a more inclusive online landscape.

  • Supporting Local Women Creatives
One of our core values is that “When women support each other, incredible things happen.” We have a big dream of helping more women in the creative and tech spaces crash the million and billion dollar boys club a la Sara Blakey (Spanx) and Whitney Wolfe Herd (Bumble). That’s why we’re so passionate about our group, Monument Women’s Creative Alliance.

  • Diversity Fuels Innovation
As a women and minority-owned business, diversity is our strength, and we embrace it wholeheartedly. We’re intentional about assembling a team with diverse perspectives and backgrounds, as it leads to richer ideas and better solutions for our clients. In addition, we partner with a wide range of suppliers who share our outlook.
