STEP 1: Discovery
You’ll jump on a call with our team so we can assess your needs and goals to make sure the 4-Week Website is right for you. If it is, you’ll receive your Pre-Site Checklist so we can get this leveling-up process started.
STEP 2: Complete Your Checklist
Send us your visual branding elements (logo, fonts, and color palette), photos, and website content, which you’ll write using our step-by-step, easy-to-use Content Guide (strategic copy prompts are included). You absolutely must have these in place in order for us to begin.
STEP 3: Leave the Rest to Us
You get back to your zone of genius & we’ll turn around your brand new website in just 4 weeks. We take all of the individual pieces and turn them into one strategic, so-beautiful-you-can’t-stop-hitting-refresh website. You’ll receive a draft of your design for approval, then we’ll perfect it, develop it, and launch it.

As Certified WordPress Wizards, we simply know how to customize them so that it’s 100% unique to your brand.
We created this turnkey solution to get you to the finish line fast. For this reason, we don’t allow any changes to the core elements or timeline of this offering. Once your website is live, we’re happy to discuss future customizations and a la carte projects.
Yes! Our Content Guide will walk you through writing your website content section by section, page by page using professionally written Copy Prompts. You’ll be able to see exactly how your copy will lay out on the site and we’ll provide examples and character counts, so you can just follow the prompts.
We’ve got you! While our Content Guide makes writing your own copy easy, if you don’t have the resources to tackle this on your own, we have several trusted Copywriting partners. Simply reach out to us here and we’ll share our top 3 options, along with their pricing. Every copywriter we recommend is familiar with our process and can work within our tight timeline.
If you have brand photos or stock photos you love and want to use, you’ll simply upload them to your client portal (your Pre-Site Checklist will walk you through this process). If you’d like to use stock photography, you’ll have a number of stock photos included in your package & we can help you select what you need.
The $219/mo charge covers web hosting, 1 monthly support ticket, and legal pages/cookie notice set up.
Web Hosting: During this time, we watch your website like a hawk to keep it healthy and running smoothly. We manage updates, plugins, vulnerabilities, patches with our web hosting. We stand ready for when anything unforeseen occurs. The bottom line: If anything happens to your website, just email us and we’ll handle it.
At the end of your first year with us, you’re free to take your site elsewhere, but most of our clients stay with us and we think you’ll see why.
Monthly Support Ticket: Submit a support ticket and we will handle any updates that take no more than 30 minutes to complete; please note that any unused time will not roll over into the following month.
Legal Pages/Cookie Notice Set Up: We will set up a Termageddon license for your website to create these pages.
At Drio, our team will complete your project within the 4-week timeline. However, we understand that unexpected delays can occur. If your project launch date is pushed back by more than thirty (30) days from the originally agreed-upon date, we will initiate a change order. This change order will outline any necessary adjustments to the project scope, timeline, and associated costs due to the delay. Our goal is to ensure transparency and keep you informed every step of the way.
