Project Scope
Drio partnered with Agency 102, a Maryland-based certified woman-owned marketing agency, to design and develop a new semi-custom website for Little Silver Emergency Medical Services. Together, the teams created a modern digital presence that reflects the organization's commitment to providing emergency medical care, community education, and public service throughout Little Silver and the surrounding area.
The goal of the project was to make it easier for community members to learn about Little Silver EMS, access important resources, explore volunteer opportunities, and support the organization through donations and community involvement. The website also needed to serve as a central hub for sharing news, events, training information, and the many ways the organization serves and protects the community.
Using Drio's semi-custom website approach, the new site was designed to be accessible, easy to navigate, and mobile-friendly while providing a strong foundation for future growth. Through thoughtful design, clear content organization, and streamlined functionality, the website helps Little Silver EMS better connect with residents, recruit volunteers, showcase its impact, and continue its mission of delivering exceptional emergency medical services to the community.
Challenges and Solutions
A primary goal of this project was to modernize Little Silver EMS's online presence while making important information easier for residents, volunteers, donors, and community members to access. The website needed to reflect the organization's professionalism and dedication to emergency medical services while maintaining a strong connection to the community it serves.
One challenge was creating a site that could effectively serve multiple audiences. Whether visitors were looking to volunteer, make a donation, attend an event, or learn more about the organization, the website needed to make those pathways clear and accessible. We addressed this through streamlined navigation, organized content, and clear calls to action throughout the site.
The project also focused on highlighting the people and mission behind Little Silver EMS. Through updated imagery, community-focused messaging, and improved storytelling, the site helps showcase the organization's impact and ongoing commitment to serving local residents.
Because this was a semi-custom project, Drio was able to build on a proven website framework while customizing the design and content experience to fit Little Silver EMS's goals. The result is a modern, easy-to-manage website that supports community engagement, volunteer recruitment, fundraising efforts, and long-term growth.
