ATS was already a Drio client when they came to us ready for the next evolution of their website.

Rather than carrying every page and piece of content from the previous site into the new one, the team made the intentional decision to significantly pare down the public-facing experience and focus on what mattered most: their people, career opportunities, and the story of ATS.

Because we already knew their organization, team, and goals, we were able to build on that existing relationship and focus the project on creating a cleaner content structure, clearer pathways for visitors, and a more modern visual experience.

At the same time, one of the largest pieces of the project was happening behind the scenes: reorganizing and rebuilding the ATS intranet so employees could more easily access the internal information and resources they rely on.

The public-facing website needed to feel polished and professional while still giving ATS room to show some personality. One of our favorite visual elements is the animated globe used throughout the site. Subtle movement helps bring the brand to life and gives the experience a more dynamic, technology-forward feel without distracting from the content.

From a content perspective, the biggest shift was doing less, better. ATS significantly reduced the number of public-facing pages and streamlined its content so the website could place greater emphasis on the organization’s people, culture, and career opportunities.

Behind the scenes, the intranet was one of the heaviest lifts of the entire project. We worked with ATS to reorganize a large amount of internal information and create a clearer structure so employees can more easily find the resources they need.

Security and infrastructure were also an important part of the rebuild. We moved ATS onto Drio’s custom server environment, which includes 24/7 security monitoring and additional server hardening to provide a more secure foundation for both the website and the organization’s internal resources.

The end result is a website that feels lighter and more engaging on the surface while doing some of its most important work behind the scenes.

From the streamlined public site and animated visual elements to the reorganized intranet and hardened hosting environment, the project created a stronger digital foundation for ATS, one that supports both the people visiting the site and the team working behind it.
