Situated in the heart of DuPont Circle, Kain & Associates is a family-owned and operated commercial real estate investment and development firm whose team of experts have a combined 30 years of experience. Founder Michael Kain began this firm with the vision of building better neighborhoods while preserving the treasures that make it unique. Every project has the same goal: to create vibrant, walkable communities for local businesses, offices and residents. The firm’s properties are located in DuPont Circle, Georgetown, Adams Morgan, Woodley Park, Old Town, and Alexandria.
